In conjunction with the Daily Hampshire Gazette and WHMP, the League is sponsoring a candidate forums on July 26 at 6:30-8:30 p.m. The forum for the 2nd Hampshire District House of Representative will be at the South Hadley Public Library, 2 Canal St., South Hadley
The League of Women Voters of the Northampton Area, the Daily Hampshire Gazette and WHMP will co-sponsor a candidates forum for the 1st Hampshire District candidates for the State Representative position. The event will be held at JFK Middle School on July 30th from 6:30-8:30 p.m.
The League of Women Voters in conjunction with the Daily Hampshire Gazette and WHMP will hold a candidate forum for candidates for the 1st Franklin District House of Representative seat. It will be held on August 7 from 6-8 p.m at Deerfield Academy, 7 Boyden Lane in Deerfield.

The forum will be held on August 13 from 6-8 p.m. at Deerfield Academy, 7 Boyden Lane, Deerfield.

The League of Women Voters of the Northampton Area will hold its book sale on Saturday, September 29 at Smith Vocational and Agricultural High School from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Early birds can pay $10 for early admission at 8 a.m.
On October 13 at Forbes Library, in the community room, from 10-12 Noon the League will be holding a postcard writing workshop. You will learn about new legislations and will be able to write and send postcards to your state and federal legislators.
