The League of Women Voters of the Northampton Area will hold its book sale on Saturday, September 29 at Smith Vocational and Agricultural High School from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Early birds can pay $10 for early admission at 8 a.m.
On October 13 at Forbes Library, in the community room, from 10-12 Noon the League will be holding a postcard writing workshop. You will learn about new legislations and will be able to write and send postcards to your state and federal legislators.
On Wednesday, October 24 at Forbes Library's Community Room, from 4-6 p.m., the League will hold a postcard writing workshop. You will learn of new legislation and be able to write and send postcards to your state and federal legislators telling them what you think of new bills in the legislature.
